Our WW crew has prepared to make the move-in process as smooth as can be for incoming shamrocks and their families! Here is a general outline of the process:
 

1. Arrive at the staging lot, Dorr lot, 15 mins before your scheduled move-in time. Have your confirmation email ready to show staff. Display the student's name, residence hall room number, and the driver's cell phone number on the dashboard of the vehicle. 

2. Staff will release students to unloading zones as they become available. You have access to this spot for 30 mins.

3. Our team will come help you unpack the car and move you into your room. Once there, we can run through options of room arrangement and help get you settled.

4. After unloading has finished, we recommend parking in Lake lot or any other perimeter lots.

5. If you have any questions throughout move-in, please ask any of our WW or dorm staff and they will gladly assist you!
